Water Element

 The next 4 episodes will focus on the four elementals in witchcraft, the second one being Water. We chat about retreats, pendulums, the water element around our children and how to honour this beautiful element that we often take for granted. This episode flows like the chosen theme and covers a range of aqua associated activities from water painting to bin dipping!

Swailes talks of her favourite life memories with the element present, including her experience in a floatation tank and her waterbirth,  ending the episode with a water spell and a poem.
